I have been teaching pregnancy yoga and postnatal yoga since 2006 and enjoy it immensely. It is a real privilege to work with women during such an important time of their lives.
With the arrival of my son in 2012 and four years later with my second pregnancy, I have experienced first-hand the benefits of practising yoga pre and postnatally and very much teach from my personal experience.

One to one private sessions during pregnancy and post-natally
Every pregnancy and birth is different which is why I offer one to one classes tailored to your specific needs and timetable. These sessions last one hour and are recommended for women from 12 weeks of pregnancy onwards or from 3 months after birth.
I run these from my home in Muswell Hill, in your own home if local or by Zoom. Please contact me for information and prices.
Yoga for labour and birth - partners session
These sessions cover simple and accessible yoga practices to assist at each stage of labour. Birth partners can be anyone who will be present at the birth.
These sessions last 2 hours and are best done anytime from 36 weeks onwards.
