The way I teach is informed by my many years of experience of working with teachers from different traditions, of teaching thousands of students and on my daily personal practice.
Nurturing and energising
When we are relaxed and yet energised, this is when we start to feel fully alive.
During a yoga class, my aim is to help you let go of tension and develop your inner strength.
This is a safe and respectful way of working with the body with the emphasis on exploration. It is suited to all shapes, sizes and ages.
Body and soul
I have an extensive knowledge of breathing and meditation practices which address the more spiritual aspect of yoga. Each class incorporates these practices according to the needs of the participants.
